Capital expertise across complex industries.
Our experience spans businesses with diverse operating models, asset profiles and capital requirements.
Capital Structuring Is Not One Framework Applied to Every Business.
Every sector generates and collects cash differently, and that difference drives how a transaction should be financed. A real estate developer's cash flows are milestone- and sales-linked; a manufacturer's are tied to capacity utilisation and working capital cycles; a renewable energy asset's are contracted years in advance through a power purchase agreement. Lenders price risk, structure security and set repayment schedules around these sector-specific realities — not a generic checklist.
Our sector experience means we do not start a financing conversation from a product and try to fit the business into it. We start from how the sector actually generates, collects and deploys cash, and structure the transaction — and the choice of lender — around that. Explore each sector below to see the financing considerations specific to it.
The Same Loan Amount Gets Structured Differently by Sector.
Two businesses asking for the same ticket size can need entirely different structures once a lender looks past the number. A real estate developer's cash flows are milestone- and sales-linked, so disbursement is typically phased against construction progress and RERA-compliant escrow, not released upfront. A manufacturer's repayment capacity is read off capacity utilisation and working capital cycles, which is why DSCR is assessed differently for a plant ramping up than for one running at steady state. A renewable energy asset's cash flows are contracted years in advance through a power purchase agreement, which is precisely what supports the longer tenors typical of that sector. A hospital or healthcare business collects through insurers and TPAs on a lag, so working capital structuring has to account for that receivables cycle rather than assume same-day collections.
This is also why sector experience changes which lenders we approach first. A PSU bank comfortable with infrastructure cash flows may be the wrong starting point for a hospitality asset still ramping up occupancy; an NBFC used to real estate milestone lending may not be the natural fit for a manufacturing capex line. Matching the transaction to lenders who already understand the sector's cash flow pattern is often what determines how quickly a proposal moves from submission to sanction.
